IDG Hub Peru is an emerging Hub dedicated to fostering human development and conscious leadership as foundations for systemic change. It is formed by three coordinators with experience in the organizational and corporate world, leadership, coaching, facilitation, social development, and integrative approaches to wellbeing and consciousness, who come together to support the Inner Development Goals through accessible pathways for personal and collective growth. Our purpose is to contribute to the IDG movement and bring the Inner Development Goals framework closer to the Peruvian context by creating spaces for connection, learning, and practice that strengthen the inner capacities of individuals, teams, and communities. From a human, deep, and essence-aligned perspective, we seek to build bridges between the personal and the collective to contribute to a more conscious and regenerative Peru.
