■ Bienvivance and Inclusive Excellence, Research and Monitoring Inclusive Excellence in Learning, Education and Training for a Bienvivance Economy with Sustainability, Optimality and Zero Waste of Human Resource. ■ ■ Addressing the challenging United Nations Sustainable Development Goals requires particularly a change in the underlying mindsets that caused them. Evolving consciousness and knowledge requires a multidisciplinary (ethnography, sociology, economics, neuroscience, pedagogy, didactics, spiritual and mindfulness, human resource development, management sciences…), multicultural, innovative and collaborative approach in education to identify, rectify and reshape the fundamental origins of these problems to promote “inner development for outer change” as Gandhi quoted “Be the change you wish to see in the world”. The change in educational paradigm must tend to the area of integrated and whole person development as well as their emotional capital including psychological, social and consciousness matters, in order to better equip themselves to face challenges. ■ Under the aegis of the World Education Research Association, from the richness of the cultural, political and institutional diversities, learning from each other (practices, policies, theoretical models…) our network focused on emotional capital development to capacitate each person excellence via unlocking potentials and participate to a bienvivance society, find resonance with the IDGs objectives. To open an IDG WERA-IRN Bienvivance & Inclusive Excellence Hub is a way to strengthen our world objectives by gathering all our members toward a IDG hub, and make the benefit of identity and inclusion of all of the affiliates. It will make even more powerful our coherent and comprehensive educational strategy thinking globally for acting locally responding to the UN challenges. It will gather from our networks seniors, experienced, and emerging scholars and PhD and post-doc. students, teachers, trainers, policy makers and helpers (already around 300 people from different countries and continents).
