Our IDG Hub is centered around the theme of "Facilitating Inner Development for Collective Progress." In alignment with Insanca’s vision as a systemic development agency, our focus is on empowering individuals and organizations to navigate complex social, economic, and environmental challenges. We aim to achieve this by: Enhancing Inner Skills: We prioritize the development of essential inner skills such as self-awareness, critical thinking, and collaborative problem-solving, which are crucial for addressing the multifaceted issues identified in the UN Agenda 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals. Promoting Systemic Solutions: By integrating the IDG framework, we work to simplify complexity in human development.
